ETAP provides AAR Certified PP dunnage bag solutions
The PP range is divided into Ecoline, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5 and 3D dunnage bags. Our Level 1 dunnage bags are AAR certified and therefore meet the highest quality requirements in the market. The higher the level, the stronger the material that is used both for the inner layer and the outer layer. Compared to the kraft paper bags, the PP bags are resistant to chemicals and sea water. Moreover, they are easier to recycle. Compared to the kraft paper version, the inner liner (PE) must not be separated from the paper, as well as from the valve made of HDPE. Our standard widths are 60, 90 120, 150 and 180 cm. For the valves we distinguish between Front (on the wide side in the upper left corner) and Edge (on the narrow side, for extremely narrow gaps).
